The NZ Games Festival advisory board takes point on key festival decisions and direction.
navi brouwer
she/her
committee manager
Navi likes dogs. She likes all dogs, in fact, even the little yappy ones. She is also pretty keen on supporting lovely people who give some of their spare time to make phenomenal events happen. She’s particularly fond of NZ Games Festival and is stoked to be part of the festival team once again.
Navi is one of those strange people who likes wrangling people and organising events so along with her day job as a project manager at Weta Digital, she helps out with Game Developers of Wellington and Global Game Jam Wellington as well. She also had the pleasure of learning about the games industry with Dinosaur Polo Club and PikPok. She’d like to say a big thank-you to all of the committee and friends who have supported her each year, especially to her family, James and Mochi.
stef peacock
he/him
creative director
Stef(an) is a designer with a love for telling stories, adding sparkles to everything, and patterned shirts. Seriously; he only owns one plain shirt and that’s so he can wear his floral blazer.
Stef is currently a freelance UI Designer & Artist, working with Runaway Play on some of their delightful nature inspired titles. A long time fan of making fun and enjoyable experiences, Stef has been with NZGF since 2019 and has loved seeing everyone having a blast through several iterations of the festival.
