providing a platform for diverse artists

As part of our annual games exhibition, NZ Games Festival invites Māori and Pasifika artists in Aotearoa and Australia to submit their work for showcase alongside the games on display.

This unique exhibit highlights the incredible works of our Māori and Pasifika artists and provides them a platform on which to shine. The showcase features two categories: one for original art from artists working in or towards the games industry and one for games fanart from non-industry artists.

As part of the Level Up exhibition, the Platformer exhibit is open to the public and free to view!
